Sun Escape is thrilled to offer travel stipends once again to all its volunteers in 2026, enabling us to reimburse between $500 and $600 for your out-of-pocket travel expenses. Each volunteer will receive up to $500 in reimbursement once camp wraps up in early May. Volunteers coming from the west coast will qualify for a $600 reimbursement. Review eligible expenses HERE

In return, we kindly ask that volunteers flying book their air travel far in advance. Should a volunteer need to arrive in the North Carolina area earlier in the week, we can provide hotel accommodations at no out of pocket cost.
