• December 18th - Victory Junction application training / Q&A video conference

• December / January - Families notified of their completed Victory Junction forms on a rolling basis

• March 1st - Deadline for families who are flying to submit their booked airfare itinerary

• April 1st - Camp programming guide, pre camp survey and assigned family volunteer info sent via email

• April 27th - Camp family waiver and camp check list sent via email

• May 7th to May 10th - SUN ESCAPE WEEKEND

• May 11th - Travel reimbursement form and post camp survey sent via email

• May 11th to May 24th- Open period to submit travel expenses for reimbursement.
