Application and Camp Timeline

Here are some key deadlines and highlights to know in our 2027 camp process

  • November 10th through December 31st- Open application window

  • January 3rd - Families are notified of their acceptance

  • January 3rd to January 31st - Open window to complete Victory Junction forms

  • January 3rd to January 17th- Families to complete required camp theme questionnaire

  • January 7th - Victory Junction application training / Q&A video conference

  • January - Families notified of their completed Victory Junction forms on a rolling basis

  • March 1st - Deadline for families who are flying to submit their booked airfare itinerary

  • April 1st - Camp programming guide, waivers, pre camp survey, checklist and assigned family volunteer info sent via email

  • April 29th to May 2nd - SUN ESCAPE WEEKEND

  • End of Day May 9th - Deadline to submit travel expenses

  • May 10th to June 15th- Expected timeline families can expect to receive reimbursement for their submitted expenses
