Victory Junction’s Required Forms and Documentation
Sun Escape is held at the Victory Junction Facilities in Randleman, North Carolina. Since opening their gates in 2004, they have provided more than 115,00 experiences for campers and volunteers during summer and weekend camps.
Volunteers are required to complete a Victory Junction camp form annually and submit documentation related to proof of certain immunizations. The COVID-19 vaccine is not mandatory.
Volunteers can access the Victory Junction application by clicking HERE. There is a section for returning volunteers to sign in with their log in information from last year to expedite the process.
“What forms in addition to the Victory Junction application should I be filling out on the VJ website?”
After completing the application, Volunteers will need to fill out a few forms under the FORMS tab which is located on the left side of their VJ profile. Those forms vary depending on if you are a first time volunteer or returning. Lets break it down.

PROOF OF IMMUNIZATIONS
Victory Junction requires every volunteer to show proof of immunizations OR proof of immunity to certain diseases. If you are a returning volunteer and your immunizations have not expired you do not need to resubmit that documentation. Those requirements are:
MMR – Proof of two shots or Titers Test accepted if proof not available.
Varicella – Proof of two shots or Titers Test accepted if proof not available
Tdap - Vaccine required and booster within the last ten years.
What is a “Titers Test?”
A titer test is a blood test that measures the level of specific antibodies in your blood to check your immunity to diseases like measles, mumps, rubella (MMR), chickenpox (Varicella), or hepatitis, showing if you're protected from past infections or vaccinations and if you need a booster shot. It confirms if your body has the proteins (antibodies) to fight off certain viruses, helping schools, employers, and healthcare providers verify your immune status without needing a new vaccine.
Volunteers can schedule a single titers test that can be used to scan for both MMR and VARICELLA. In some states volunteers can schedule a titers test through their local CVS. Test results take about 5 days
Visit your Immunization tab on your profile for more information and to potentially upload your records.
In an effort to help further with the Victory Junction and general pre-camp process, Sun Escape will be holding a video conference on Thursday January 8th at 6:30pm eastern. A Victory Junction representative will join for part of that meeting to walk volunteers through their online form, immunizations and answer any questions you may have.
To register for that zoom meeting, please fill out the form below.
