This is the Forms Page. The place where future camp memories meet current adult responsibilities.

To strengthen our dedication to offering parents and caregivers a centralized hub for all their essential tasks, we have simplified access to every necessary Sun Escape form and resource.

Families will receive updates via email and on their profile home page about the status of their pending forms and tasks. Additionally, the icons on their profile timeline will change colors to reflect their To Do’s: red will indicate an approaching deadline, while green will signify completion.

  • Our annual guide provides extensive details regarding what you should expect to pack, a sample schedule and meal plan, descriptions for each program area, our camp arrival and departing procedures, information on how to get to camp, and facility specific sun precaution notes.   • This waiver is a standard step that allows your camper to participate fully in our activities. It outlines safety guidelines, responsibilities, and permissions so we can keep everyone protected while still having the best weekend ever. Everyone over the age of 18 has to sign their own and an adult must sign on behalf of all minors in your party. Access that form HERE

  • This year’s Sun Escape Weekend theme, LEVEL UP, celebrates the games, imagination, and creativity that fill our campers’ summer afternoons while the sun is out. From video games and board games to puzzles and toys, this theme turns playtime into power, showing that every obstacle can become a new level to conquer. Throughout the weekend, each camper’s life and photosensitive journey will be transformed into their very own custom game, complete with unique rules, artwork, and storylines that celebrate who they are and how they continue to LEVEL UP every day.

  • Now that you’re officially part of Sun Escape Weekend, this form helps us fill in the details that make camp actually happen. Think T-shirt sizes, travel plans, and those logistical bits we skipped back in the application phase. Access that form HERE

  • Sun Escape is held at the Victory Junction Facilities in Randleman, North Carolina. Families are required to complete Victory Junction’s own camp form and process. Families can access the form and learn more by visiting the VJ application tab in their profile or by clicking HERE

  • Shadow Jumpers and the United Porphyrias Association are pleased to reimburse families once again 100% of their reasonable travel expenses related to attending Sun Escape this year. Please see our updated 2026 reimbursement policy HERE to learn more about what is eligible.
