SULLIVAN TRAVEL INFORMATION
You have noted your intent to drive to and from camp. The Victory Junction address for your GPS is 5467 Fred Lineberry Rd Randleman, NC 27317 and you must enter through GATE 1 only. Please monitor expected traffic and plan accordingly to arrive on time for camp’s 5:00pm check in. You will not be able to enter camp early.
Your Family’s Pre Camp Hotel
Per our conversation, we have reserved a room for your family on Wednesday the night before camp at our designated pre camp hotel, the Greensboro-High Point Airport Marriott. Information regarding your hotel reservation will be made available here around April 15th after our room block window has closed.
The address for the hotel is One Marriott Dr, Greensboro, NC 27409 and the hotel is about 30 minutes from Victory Junction.
Join us and other early arrivals on Thursday at our pre camp welcome room. Located in a conference room on the first floor, we will have lunch, games, and movies, plus it’ll provide a great opportunity to break the ice and connect with other campers before our camp bus departs at 4:30 PM.
You will want to depart the Marriott Hotel at 4:30pm for Victory Junction and you must enter through GATE 1 only.
Departing Sun Escape on Sunday Morning
Your family should expect to depart Victory Junction on Sunday at around 11:30am when Sun Escape has concluded.
Mileage Reimbursement & Additional Expenses
Your family’s round trip mileage is reimbursable through Shadow Jumpers and the United Porphyrias Association at $0.50 a mile. You will be able to submitted that information, in addition to other acceptable expenses, after your travels have concluded via the reimbursement tab on your portal profile.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for reimbursement.
