Car Pooling to and from Sun Escape
We have been made aware that both of you, Randy & Melba, will be car pooling to and from camp this year. Please let us know if that changes.

All volunteers will need to arrive to Victory Junction by 1:00pm for check in and in person training. Victory Junction is located at 5467 Fred Lineberry Rd Randleman, NC 27317 and you must enter through GATE 1 only.
Our Pre Camp Hang
Should you be in the North Carolina area early, we are hosting a welcome room for campers & volunteers prior to Sun Escape’s kick off. The event will be at the Greensboro High Point-Airport Marriott located at One Marriott Dr, Greensboro, NC 27409 and it is about an hour and a half drive from Victory Junction.
Located in a conference room on the first floor, we will have lunch, games, and movies, plus it’ll provide a great opportunity to break the ice and connect with other campers.
Departing Sun Escape on Sunday Morning
Volunteers can anticipate departing Victory Junction at 11:30am on Sunday after camp
Mileage Reimbursement & Additional Expenses
After Sun Escape, you will have the opportunity to apply for your mileage reimbursement and allotted stipend. Shadow Jumpers and the United Porphyrias Association will start to send volunteers their stipends as soon as possible. Please allow up to 3 weeks for reimbursement.
