Your Volunteer Role and housing information
Welcome to your Volunteer assignment page! Here you’ll find all the details that will help you feel right at home for the weekend, including your volunteer assignment, your housing assignment, and a heads up to the people you can expect to be there with you during the weekend.
Each of these selections was thoughtfully arranged in hopes of creating a fun, supportive, and connected experience for you, our families and everyone.
You have been selected as a PROGRAM PAL!
Program Pals provide programming which gives our campers the opportunity to try new things and push beyond their comfort zone. Volunteers in this role are assigned to oversee a program area such as Arts & Crafts, Woodshop, Archery, Boating, Fishing, Adam’s Race Shop or the Fab Shop. As a Program Pal you will join a family when your program area is closed so you can continue to experience all of the magic of camp.
You have been assigned to the STEM area which will include leading a science lab. More information to follow.
Your tag along family for the weekend is THE OLSON FAMILY!
Your assigned program area isn’t open very long and some days not at all. When that is the case, you spend the rest of the day with an assigned family and family pal.
This XP family of five is based out of Washington state and rally around their daughter Adelinde, who they call Della. “It would mean so much for our daughter to have an experience with other kids like her at a camp like this,” the family wrote. “It would be amazing to be able to so activities that are sun safe with others where it isn’t just our family on our own. We cannot wait to get there.”

If you've indicated that you're traveling with a partner or family member, we will ensure that you are placed in the same room. You have been assigned to room M6 in our Medical Housing Wing, which also includes:
