When Your Family Arrives To The Area

Given that Charlotte Airport is about an hour and a half from Victory Junction, it will be easiest to go right from the CLT airport to Victory Junction after picking up your rental car given your 3:45pm expected landing.

Victory Junction is located at 5467 Fred Lineberry Rd Randleman, NC 27317 and you must enter through GATE 1 only. You will not be able to enter prior to camp’s start time of 5:00pm

Departing Sun Escape on Sunday Morning

Your family should expect to depart Victory Junction on Sunday at around 11:30am. It is about an hour and twenty minutes to Charlotte airport. You are more than welcome to leave a little earlier that morning if you feel you need the extra time getting to the CLT airport.

Airfare Reimbursement & Additional Expenses

Your family’s airfare and rental car have already been reimbursed early by Shadow Jumpers and the United Porphyrias Association. Your additional expenses, such as your rental car, can be submitted after your travels have concluded via the reimbursement tab on your portal profile.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for reimbursement.
