When Your Family Arrives To The Area

Per our previous conversations, your family will be arriving to the North Carolina area early in the week but choosing to be on your own prior to the start of camp before being dropped off Thursday.

Victory Junction is located at 5467 Fred Lineberry Rd Randleman, NC 27317 and you must enter through GATE 1 only. You will not be able to enter prior to camp’s start time of 5:00pm

Departing Sun Escape on Sunday Morning

A charter bus will be provided for your family and others who are confirmed to be flying out of Greensboro Airport on Sunday after our camp weekend has concluded. The bus will arrive at approximately 11:00am and should depart no later than 11:30am. The ride typically takes about 30 minutes. Families should expect to arrive at Greensboro Airport around 12:00pm.

All families will be dropped off in the same location because there is only one terminal. You should not expect to wait more than 15 minutes to get through TSA this time of year at GSO.

Airfare Reimbursement & Additional Expenses

Your family’s airfare have been submitted and accepted by Shadow Jumpers and the United Porphyrias Association. We will begin sending out airfare reimbursements as families begin to arrive to the North Carolina area. Your additional expenses can be submitted after your travels have concluded via the reimbursement tab on your portal profile.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for reimbursement.
