LUDWIG TRAVEL INFORMATION
You have noted your intent to drive to and from camp. The Victory Junction address for your GPS is 5467 Fred Lineberry Rd Randleman, NC 27317 and you must enter through GATE 1 only. Please monitor expected traffic and plan accordingly to arrive on time for camp’s 5:00pm check in. You will not be able to enter camp early.
If You Choose to Arrive to the Area Early
If you want to play it safe and drive into the North Carolina area much earlier than our 5:00pm camp start time, join us and other early arrivals at the Greensboro-High Point Airport Marriott, our designated pre-camp meet-up spot. A conference room will be available for lunch, games, and movies, plus time to break the ice and connect with other campers before we depart as a group at 4:30 PM.
The address for the hotel is One Marriott Dr, Greensboro, NC 27409and the hotel is about 30 minutes from Victory Junction.
Departing Sun Escape on Sunday Morning
Your family should expect to depart Victory Junction on Sunday at around 11:30am.
Mileage Reimbursement & Additional Expenses
Your family’s round trip mileage is reimbursable through Shadow Jumpers and the United Porphyrias Association at $0.50 a mile. You will be able to submitted that information, in addition to other acceptable expenses, after your travels have concluded via the reimbursement tab on your portal profile.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for reimbursement.
