Your Family’s Pre Camp Hotel
Per our conversation, we have reserved one room for a two-night stay at the Greensboro–High Point Airport Marriott for your family. Details about your reservation will be provided here after our room block closes, around April 15.
Please note we cannot cover hotel costs for the Sunday night following camp due to the range of flight options to Florida. Sunday night hotel requests will only be approved for families with limited travel options that day to their destination. Sorry about this!
The address for the hotel is One Marriott Dr, Greensboro, NC 27409 and about an hour and 15 minutes from the Charlotte airport.
Join us and other early arrivals on Thursday at our pre camp welcome room. Located in a conference room on the first floor, we will have lunch, games, and movies, plus it’ll provide a great opportunity to break the ice and connect with other campers before our camp bus departs at 4:30 PM.
You should depart for Victory Junction at 4:30pm on Thursday and use the following GPS address - 5467 Fred Lineberry Rd Randleman, NC 27317 and through GATE 1 only. You cannot enter before 5:00pm
Departing Sun Escape on Sunday Morning
Families should expect to depart Sun Escape around 11:30am on Sunday after camp has concluded.
Travel Reimbursement
Your family’s airfare confirmation has been received and accepted by Shadow Jumpers and the United Porphyrias Association. We will start discussing what assistance we can provide from the airfare and rental car total cost.
