The below flight information reflects the confirmed itinerary you previously submitted to Sun Escape. Flights are subject to delays, changes and cancellations. It is your responsibility to stay up to date to the status of your flights. Should your flight itinerary change please forward Sun Escape your confirmed changes for this page to be updated.

With your family arriving and departing out of the Charlotte airport, you will need to rent a car as Sun Escape provided transportation is only available to and from Greensboro Airport. Please give Craig a heads up via text to the cost prior to booking an accommodating but affordable rental.

When Your Family Arrives To The Area

Given that Charlotte Airport is about an hour and a half from Victory Junction, it will be easiest to go right from the CLT airport to Victory Junction after picking up your rental car given your 2:50pm expected landing.

Victory Junction is located at 5467 Fred Lineberry Rd Randleman, NC 27317 and you must enter through GATE 1 only. You will not be able to enter prior to camp’s start time of 5:00pm

Departing Sun Escape on Sunday Morning

Your family should expect to depart Victory Junction on Sunday at around 11:30am. It is about an hour and twenty minutes to Charlotte airport.

Airfare Reimbursement & Additional Expenses

Your family’s airfare has already been reimbursed early by Shadow Jumpers and the United Porphyrias Association. Your additional expenses, such as your rental car, can be submitted after your travels have concluded via the reimbursement tab on your portal profile.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for reimbursement.
