When Your Family Arrives at the Greensboro Airport

With your family arriving to the area before our 5:00pm camp start time, join us and other early arrivals at the Greensboro-High Point Airport Marriott, our designated pre-camp meet-up spot. A conference room will be available for food, games, and movies, plus time to break the ice and connect with other campers before our camp bus departs at 4:30 PM.

A shuttle runs 24/7 from the Greensboro Airport to the Marriott and the ride is about 5 minutes. To reach the shuttle at the airport please follow the following steps -

  • Head to the GROUND FLOOR of Greensboro Airport.

  • Proceed to Door #4.

  • Look for a NAVY BLUE SHUTTLE labeled PTI FLY EASY.

  • If the shuttle is not visible, feel free to call the hotel at (336) 852-6450 to arrange for a pick-up.

A charter bus will arrive to the Marriott at approximately 4:00pm and families can expect to depart no later than 4:30pm and the ride typically takes about 30 minutes. We are working on providing additional sun protection for the buses windows.

Should you miss the bus for whatever reason, you will need to order a ride share directly to Victory Junction located at 5467 Fred Lineberry Rd Randleman, NC 27317 and through GATE 1 only.

Departing Sun Escape on Sunday Morning

A charter bus will be provided for your family and others who are confirmed to be flying out of Greensboro Airport on Sunday after our camp weekend has concluded. The bus will arrive at approximately 11:00am and should depart no later than 11:30am. The ride typically takes about 30 minutes. Families should expect to arrive at Greensboro Airport around 12:00pm.

All families will be dropped off in the same location because there is only one terminal. You should not expect to wait more than 15 minutes to get through TSA this time of year at GSO.

Airfare Reimbursement & Additional Expenses

Your family’s airfare has already been reimbursed by Shadow Jumpers and the United Porphyrias Association. Should you have additional expenses to submit, you can do so after your travels have concluded via the reimbursement tab on your portal profile.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for reimbursement.
