When Your Family Arrives To The Area

Given that Raleigh Airport is about an hour and 16 minutes from Victory Junction, it might be easiest to go right from the RDU airport to the Victory Junction area after picking up your rental car given your 2:00pm expected landing.

Victory Junction is located at 5467 Fred Lineberry Rd Randleman, NC 27317 and you must enter through GATE 1 only. You will not be able to enter prior to camp’s start time of 5:00pm

We will have a welcome room set up at our pre camp hotel for families that arrived earlier in the day. We invite you to stop by and come hang with us if you think it makes sense logistically. We will all depart at 4:30pm by bus and car. The address for the Greensboro High Point Marriott Airport Hotel is One Marriott Dr, Greensboro, NC 27409

Departing Sun Escape on Sunday Morning

Your family should expect to depart Victory Junction on Sunday at around 11:30am. It is about an hour and twenty minutes to the Raleigh airport.

Airfare Reimbursement & Additional Expenses

Your family’s airfare and rental car confirmations have been submitted and approved by Shadow Jumpers and the United Porphyrias Association. We will begin reimbursing families for those costs as they arrive to the North Carolina area. Your additional expenses can be submitted after your travels have concluded via the reimbursement tab on your portal profile.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for reimbursement of those newly submitted items.
