What is a “Titers Test?”
A titer test is a blood test that measures the level of specific antibodies in your blood to check your immunity to diseases like measles, mumps, rubella (MMR), chickenpox (Varicella), or hepatitis, showing if you're protected from past infections or vaccinations and if you need a booster shot. It confirms if your body has the proteins (antibodies) to fight off certain viruses, helping schools, employers, and healthcare providers verify your immune status without needing a new vaccine.
Volunteers can schedule a single titers test that can be used to scan for both MMR and VARICELLA. In some states volunteers can schedule a titers test through their local CVS. Test results take about 5 days
Volunteers do have the option to upload their immunizations on their VJ profile under the YRS: Immunization Upload and 2026 Immunization Upload Additional folders.
If need be, you can also upload them below and we will pass them along on your behalf.
