The below flight information reflects the confirmed itinerary you previously submitted to Sun Escape. Flights are subject to delays, changes and cancellations. It is your responsibility to stay up to date to the status of your flights. Should your flight itinerary change please forward Sun Escape your confirmed changes for this page to be updated.

With your family arriving and departing out of the Charlotte airport, you will need to rent a car as Sun Escape provided transportation is only available to and from Greensboro Airport. Please reach out to a team member with the proposed rental before booking.

When Your Family Arrives To The Area

With your family arriving to the area much earlier than our 5:00pm camp start time, join us and other early arrivals at the Greensboro-High Point Airport Marriott, our designated pre-camp meet-up spot. A conference room will be available for lunch, games, and movies, plus time to break the ice and connect with other campers before everyone departs for camp.

The address for the hotel is One Marriott Dr, Greensboro, NC 27409 and is about an hour and a half from the Charlotte Airport.

A hotel room will be provided for your family at the Marriott if you may want to rest after the red eye flight. Expect that hotel confirmation information to be added here around April 15th.

You will want to depart the Marriott Hotel at 4:30pm for Victory Junction located at 5467 Fred Lineberry Rd Randleman, NC 27317 and you must enter through GATE 1 only.

Departing Sun Escape on Sunday Morning

Your family should expect to depart Victory Junction on Sunday at around 11:30am. It is about an hour and twenty minutes to Charlotte airport.

Airfare Reimbursement & Additional Expenses

Your family’s airfare confirmations have been received and accepted by Shadow Jumpers and the United Porphyrias Association. We will start reimbursing families for their submitted airfare after they land in the North Carolina area. Should you have additional expenses to submit, you can do so after your travels have concluded via the reimbursement tab on your portal profile.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for reimbursement.
